The Edge Watersports at The Cranagh Activity Centre

Published on: 19/02/23

We love exploring the wonderful scenery and activities across the UK, and as if anyone needed a reminder, that includes Northern Ireland as well! We know those lucky enough to live in Northern Ireland’s six counties will need no reminding of this, but you never know, we may have found an adrenaline filled destination this week that even you locals may not have discovered yet! And for those based across the water, Northern Ireland’s only a quick ferry hop from plenty of ports in Northern England and Scotland, so what are you waiting for?

In keeping with our “why let winter keep you indoors?” mantra, we’ve found a fantastic venue packed with wet water thrills to chase any late lingering winter blues away! The perfect destination for watersports enthusiasts, The Edge Watersports is located at The Cranagh Activity Centre just outside Coleraine, close to the dramatic north Londonderry coastline. Well connected as well, it’s just a 10 minute drive from Portrush and Portstewart, and around an hour fom Belfast.
