This is a fun introduction to the joy of Canyoning. Learn how to safely jump, slide and climb down the course of the Dollar Burn as you explore a 400 million year old chasm of volcanic rock. Easily accessible with low commitment, this reassuringly means you know you can get in and out along the way, any time you like. With all the features required for fun canyoning: wet abseils, fun jumps, cool slides, stunning waterfalls and deep pools, choose the action to suit your level.

Each tour begins with a welcome meeting in Dollar Glen Car park where you will meet the group and your guide. After being kitted out, you’ll be introduced to the skills, with a till-everyone’s-happy practice session in a safe place before descending the Dollar Burn. Then discover hidden waterfalls and wild swimming pools by sliding, jumping and abseiling. Following the descent return to base for home baked snacks and drinks, and comparing your amazing photos.

Run over half or full days, with each typical decent lasting 2-3 hours, you’ll be met and greeted at a prearranged place and time, before being briefed and kitted out.
