Woodlake Park Golf and Country Club
Opened in 1993, Woodlake Park Golf and Country Club has matured quickly and the quality of both fairways and greens make this one of the finest inland golf courses in Wales. The greens, including the practice greens, were all constructed to the U.S.G.A specifications and are truly one of the major assets of the course.
Laid out on naturally undulating landscape, the course offers a challenge to golfers of all abilities. All eighteen holes, named after birds frequenting the reservoir, are different and provide a unique test throughout with the par 3 holes being of particular note.
The course has quickly attained a reputation for its overall quality with the greens being renowned for their trueness and speed. Indeed, Woodlake has hosted many National, County and regional PGA events in its relatively short history.
