Orienteering is an exciting outdoor adventure sport which involves walking or running whilst navigating around a course using a detailed map and sometimes a compass. The aim is to navigate in sequence between a set of control points and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time. It does not matter how young, old or fit you are, as you can run, walk or jog the course and progress at your own pace. This can be done as an individual or as part of a group Team Building

Open canoes are at their best when undertaking a journey, their ability to take all your luggage and more. They can act as a shelter or a wind break when the weather turns, but hopefully you brought your tent, and your climbing gear for the evenings entertainment, climbing the rock nearby. We can teach/coach and assess the new British Canoeing Start, Discover, Explore & Foundation Safety and Rescue Course (for over 16’s) also we Train and assess Instructor

At the Centre we use 5 types of dinghy’s:
Taz suitable for all ages
Topper suitable for 10 year olds to Adults
Optimist suitable for children from 8 to 18
Pico suitable for 10 year olds to Adults
Topaz suitable for 10 year olds to Adults
WE are not an RYA training Centre so we do our own sailing courses for children to progress their skills and have fun
With our own Sailing courses the children progress and get more experienced and have fun.

The stand up paddling encompasses both core and proprioceptive muscle action. It utilises a whole body functional approach to building core muscle balance and support. A great sport for those who are in need of some rehabilitative exercise in a unique atmosphere above the water
