RHS St Andrews Botanic Garden
St Andrews Botanic Garden is a botanic garden unlike any other. Plant conservation is at the heart of the garden's mission and visitors will see radical steps being taken to develop habitats, manage resources efficiently and above all, create new ways of researching the richness of plant life within a beautiful setting. Alongside garden features such as species-rich woodlands, herbaceous borders, a rock garden and exotic plant collections, at the heart of the garden is a new three-acre feature called The Tangled Bank, where examples of some of Fife's most threatened habitats are laid out with meadows, woodlands and dramatic sand dunes.

The Garden occupies 18 acres with a wide range of places and features to visit, including natural play areas and a busy programme of things to do, see and be involved with. Access for all is an important feature, and there are level access routes around the garden, including through the meadows and sand dunes where a new boardwalk provides views across the garden and up close of otherwise hard-to-see plants.
