RHS Arley Hall & Gardens

One of the most outstanding features of Arley’s award-winning gardens is its double herbaceous border – believed to be the first of its kind planted in England. Waves of changing colour wash over the borders throughout the summer, ensuring it is a spectacular sight for many months. Other highlights include the Walled Garden with its fountain centerpiece, the avenue of pleached lime trees leading to the Clock Tower as well as the Tea Cottage set in a rose garden.

Beautiful vistas greet visitors at every turn, but the view towards the hall along the Furlong Walk is particularly impressive. Visit in early spring to experience The Grove in its full glory, full of more than 400 varieties of rhododendron.
