The Rapid Adventure introduces you to the art of white water kayaking.
The 3km journey through stunning landscape sees you take on low grade rapids before tackling the infamous Matlock Slalom Course.
Be prepared to get wet and have a blast!
This activity also includes the British Canoeing Start Kayaking Award!
Our inflatable kayaks are very user friendly, stable and manoeuvrable, you'll pick up the art of paddling in no time.
You'll be guided downstream by one of our highly experienced river guides, who using their own kayak will teach you the skills you'll need to enjoy this five star kayaking experience.
We provide all your equipment including
- Kayaks

- PFDs (Buoyancy aids)

We recommend bringing the following
- Footwear that can get wet and muddy, trainers are ideal (no flip flops or welly boots)
- A change of clothes and shoes for after your activity

- Sun screen and water on warm sunny days

The Kayaking Adventure Tour includes a 7km river journey through stunning Peak District landscape, the journey sees you tackle small grade rapids along the way.
Our inflatable kayaks are very user friendly, stable and manoeuvrable, you'll pick up the art of paddling in no time.

This session will introduce you to the super popular sport of Stand up Paddleboarding.
We’ll run through the basics before heading on a 3km round trip along the beautiful Cromford Canal from Cromford Wharf to High Peak Junction. This journey provides the perfect location for first timers but also intermediate SUPers who appreciate stunning scenery and tranquil waters.
