Open Sessions are great fun for anyone 5 years+, from children to adults. Jump around the open trampoline court, launch into the foam pits and bounce off the walls!
Challenge yourself on the three lane ninja course or bounce and slam the new interactive games! With a range of difficulties and skills needed, there’s something for everyone to have a go at. Race against your friends and family or try to beat your own records!
Your session will start with a short briefing video then you’ll be free to use all the main activities.
This session is ONLY for those 5yrs and above AND over the height of 110cm.

These sessions are only for those aged 18+, meaning you can avoid the crowds and children while enjoying all the trampoline areas of Freedog.
Bounce across the trampolines, jump into the foam pits and test your ninja skills on the Ninja Course. Challenge yourself and your friends with the interactive light up bounce games – who will get the high score!?
These sessions are only on Friday nights – why not finish your session with a pizza and drink in our café/bar? Perfect for starting your weekend early.

Our Soft Play area is a three storey high adventure! Kids can play with and explore the blocks, toys, slides and spinning wheels, while conveniently located right next to our café.
Watch your little ninjas play while relaxing with a coffee or join in and play with your toddlers.
Please note: Soft Play is unmanned, so parents are responsible for ensuring that their children are following the rules and playing safely.
