You will find us at the bottom of Foxton Locks, the longest set of staircase locks in the country, where many thousands of boats pass through every year. The network of footpaths and towpaths provide ideal walking and cycling, whilst the locks themselves provide education and wonder for all ages of visitors. Situated in the restored engine house of the Inclined Plane, the onsite museum holds many artifacts explaining both the history of the locks and also of the Inclined Plane itself
