Learning to bodyboard is a brilliant way to have fun and gain confidence in the water, you also begin to understand how to catch and surf waves.
In our group bodyboarding lessons there are a maximum of 8 people to 1 instructor meaning there is plenty of time to get individual feedback from your instructor. During the bodyboarding lesson’s you cover the safety points of being in the water and then look at your positioning on the board, with is crucial for catching the waves

Our Head Coach Dani has trained as a SUP instructor in Hawaii and can teach you the best techniques to getting used to paddleboarding.
We offer private SUP lessons which are 2 hours long.
