Deeside Activity Park

During one of our fun sessions you'll be taught all about archery equipment and how to handle it safely. You'll then learn how to fire your arrows correctly and consistently and you'll be hitting the bullseye in no time. Our sessions can be aimed at all skill levels and are suitable for young children as well as adults. We have the only automated range in Scotland and our archery house is fully wheelchair accessible making it an ideal sport for people with disabilities.

Our new under-cover range was finished in 2018, and gives us a weatherproof space to teach .22 target shooting. The shooting area is lit, and the range itself floodlit, so we can offer this popular activity day and night. Our friendly instructors will familiarise you with our high power BSA and AMI rifles, and have you safely hitting bullseye in no time. Most of the rifles have telescopic sights, but we keep one without, which is much easier for youngsters to master.

Let's face it, it's every child's dream to drive a big yellow digger. Make those dreams come true and sign up for Digger Manoeuvres at Deeside Activity Park. Following a health and safety briefing, you’ll learn all about the controls and gauges before being handed the joystick to have a go yourself. First, you’ll learn to ‘walk’ the machine around, turning and backing it to get used to the handling and speed.

Kart racing at Deeside Activity Park is an adrenaline-fuelled speed activity undertaken in a safe and controlled environment on our 375m asphalt outdoor racing circuit. Sessions include full safety brief, track walk and a few practice laps. Racing will then take a grand prix format with qualifying timed laps and head-to-head racing. Kart racing is suitable for adults and children over 8 years old. For the little ones we have a two seater racing kart which is driven by our instructors.

If you've ever longed to get thoroughly mud splattered riding across rough and unstable terrain on a quad bike then this is the activity for you. It's suitable for everyone from the complete beginner to the more experienced rider and we have a range of quad bikes to suit everyone from 8 to 80 year olds. Our 100 acre site on beautiful Royal Deeside has a variety of terrain from gentle grassland and forest tracks, to our extreme 4x4 off road driving course and our quad bike see-saw.
