Our specialist 4 x 4 instructors will teach you how to drive the vehicle in a real off-road environment. You will learn all the basics of handling a 4 x 4 vehicle in an off road situation including the correct use of the gears, low and high range, diff lock, braking & steering techniques in a variety of different conditions and off road environments.

There’s plenty of chance to enjoy the countryside views and the large variety of wildlife on the estate with our stewardship scheme. Hounslow Hall is home to a diverse range of wildlife that can be seen on most of our experiences., this includes; Pheasants, Deer’s, Hares, Red Kites, Owls and much more, so keep your eyes peeled when on your segway! A fun activity for the family or friends. Join one of our Segway tours as we explore the tracks and fields around our 800-acre estate.
Useful Information
These battery operated personal transporters have a max of 12 miles an hour and are a great way to explore the estate, see wildlife and test your skills whilst being environmentally friendly. All Segway experiences are carried out by a fully trained instructor. If it’s a Segway session for a larger group or a team day test your Segway skills as you make your way around our coned course before setting yourself free across the open field.
