Trampoline Safety Tips

Like any vigorous activity, trampolining has to be enjoyed with everyone’s safety in mind. In fact, most trampoline parks will require you to sign a waiver before you take part, but don’t let that put you off! By following some simple, common-sense rules you’ll have a fantastic time with no bumps and bruises.

As you’ll be bouncing up and down a lot, make sure you have no objects in your pockets like loose change that could fall out and hurt someone. You’ll be asked to remove sharp items like belt buckles, studs, or key chains before you go in. It’s also a good idea to have long hair tied up and remove jewellery like earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
