Based at Mercury Place in the city centre, Boost Trampoline Park is one of the newest facilities in the area. The 25,000 square foot site was transformed into a bouncy playground in 2017, with a huge main jumping area consisting of 42 connected trampolines. There’s also an inflatable wipe-out zone, a basketball hoop with a trampoline, a battle beam over a foam pit, and a cardio wall. Adults that aren’t feeling too energetic can watch their kids from the viewing area in the café. However, if you’re looking to get fit but are bored of the usual gym routines, you can try one of their low-impact / high intensity exercise classes. 

Jump Giants Trampoline Park

Jump Giants are known for having the biggest trampoline and adventure parks in the UK, and you’ll find this one just outside Leicester in Burton on the Wolds. There’s a huge array of activities here, from an open jump zone to Basketball and Dodge-Ball areas to a fun sounding Foam Zone! If you’re feeling more competitive get some teams together for the Wipe Out and Battle Beam zones. Who will be the last one standing? Once you’re all bounced out have a seat and relax with some refreshments in the courtside café.

Flip Out Trampoline Park

Flip Out Leicester has loads of indoor trampolining fun in store, from the ninja obstacle course, adult arena, wipe out, stunt box zones for kids and adults, gladiator pit, tumble tracks, and kids’ arenas. Just off Lewisher Road, this centre is open every day from 10am to 8pm, so plenty of time to get your bounce on! They offer fantastic party packages for birthdays and other celebrations, with themes including Rocket Party, Star Party, The Supernova Party and The Galaxy Party. Rebound Inflatable & Trampoline Park

Rebound is a 20,000 square foot facility in Ashby-de-la-Zouch packed full of inflatable fun and party rooms. They had the genius idea of putting on an adult-only session every Friday night, featuring a live DJ! These sessions are for over 16s only and a great way to jump around like an idiot to fun music and let off some steam. They also have autism and disability-friendly sessions which are designed to be more relaxed with lower lighting levels and calmer music – and carers get in free.
