We’ve picked some fantastic places to Go Karting both indoors and outdoors, and even somewhere to try a racing simulator. So buckle up for a whistle stop tour!

Northampton Indoor Go Karting

Corby Indoor Karting

Corby Indoor Karting offers a go karting experience that’s ‘pure adrenaline’, with a 600 metre indoor karting circuit featuring long straights and hairpins that will challenge any level of driver. Race around the track in a Sodi Gt5r cart powered with a 270CC Honda engine and a digital weight box system, or younger drivers can drive the Cadet Kart with a 120CC Honda engine. Open Tuesday to Sunday, the circuit has free car parking and a spectator viewing area. The best thing is the variety of packages available, from endurance races to Grand Prix sessions to totally customizable ways to race your way. And if you’ve got a special event to celebrate, they can put on a party to remember!

Teamworks Karting Northampton

You’ll find Teamworks Karting Northampton on the site of the original Northampton Indoor Karting track close to the centre of Northampton, which has been attracting go karting fans for over 25 years. Boasting the fastest indoor karting in the UK, the huge circuit has plenty to entertain experienced racers as well as accommodating complete beginners. The track has great facilities which are highly rated on Trip Advisor, with a double-glazed viewing area, a bar and a bridge for spectators. Whether you’re a ‘lone wolf’ driver who prefers individual racing, or you like to get a group of mates together to race, they’ve got you covered. There’s also plenty going on for kids and families, with a Cadet Club and children’s party packages available.

A 20-minute drive from the centre of Northampton, it first began kart racing back in the early 90s. In 2007 they unveiled a spectacular 1150m International Circuit and is the proud home of a thriving owner driver kart club, an on-site shop and race teams. As well as the International Circuit they have the Mill 450m Circuit, Indy 700m Circuit and National 960m Circuit. The fleet of Sodi 390cc engine karts reach speeds of up to 60mph, fast enough for any adrenalin junkie! Visit to find out why it’s a firm favourite with top British karting Championships.
