Derbyshire Paintball and Laser Tag

Published on: 29/08/20

Looking for an exciting outdoor combat activity in Derbyshire? You’re in luck, as this county has loads of stunning outdoor space to play in, which has been wisely utilized by some of the UK’s best Paintball and Laser Tag venues. Because if you’re going to have a go at running around and shooting your friends it’s handy to have some trees to hide behind! We’ve rounded up some great options for you if you’re looking to try Paintball or Laser Tag in Derbyshire.

Laser Tag Vs Paintball

The biggest difference between Laser Tag and Paintball is how you know if you’ve been hit by an enemy. With Paintball, you get a big splodge of paint! With Laser Tag it’s all about the red dot. So of course, with Laser Tag you’re not being physically hit by ammo so there’s no bruises as there can be with Paintball.

Some people find being hit by paintballs uncomfortable, so if you’re worried about that, then Laser Tag is probably a better option for you. Laser Tag also has the advantage of not needing to stock up on ammo which can disrupt the game. But then again, you can’t beat the satisfaction of seeing that splatter of paint when you hit someone! The only thing to do is try them both and see which you prefer.
