Bounce Indoor Trampoline Park was the first of its kind in the UK back in 2014, and now has three locations across the UK with plans to open more in the near future. If you don’t know what an indoor trampoline park is like, just imagine 20,000 square feet of trampolines in one space!
We’re talking about purpose-built spaces with state-of-the-art equipment – no sad, outdated soft play areas here! Trampolining is brilliant fun and bouncing around is great exercise for the kids and yourself.
Indoor Trampoline Parks in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Ipswich
You can visit Bounce parks in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Ipswich, all with huge play areas to go mad in and parking available on site. There are various different courts to choose from like foam pits,
Dodgeball and Gladiator Pits. Anyone from the age of three upwards can get involved, and they host children’s parties and even corporate events for the adults. You don’t need to be super-fit to join in the fun, either – but you will be super fit after a few sessions!
Special sessions for SEN kids
If you have a child with Special Educational Needs it can be hard to find appropriate activities for them. Bounce don’t want anyone to feel left out from the fun, so they run special SEN sessions at set times in the afternoon at each of their locations.
The sessions are different as they don’t have loud music or noises which can make some SEN kids feel uncomfortable.
How to Bounce Safe
We all know that bouncing around on trampolines is brilliant fun, but it can also be dangerous if you don’t follow the rules. Bounce Indoor Trampoline Parks are serious about safety, and they have a set of guidelines including things like no chewing and taking everything out of your pockets before you bounce.
For your peace of mind, all the courts have monitors to keep an eye on things and make sure that everyone has fun but stays safe too! To read the full safety regulations check out their website.
Parties and Events
There’s so much going on at Bounce throughout the year – Halloween parties with fancy dress competitions, special offers over half term and after school, fitness classes and special adult only sessions to name a few!
They also have partnerships with local gyms in each area so you can get a 50% discount on admission if you’re a member. And of course you can have children’s birthday parties and work events here too.
The Benefits of Bouncing
As if you needed any more reasons to go and bounce around in a huge trampoline park, here are some of the benefits of bouncing: it’s a great exercise for kids as it improves their coordination and motor skills. For kids and adults, it’s a fantastic cardio workout, increasing your metabolic rate and improving muscle tone.
If you want to get really scientific, NASA studied the effects of trampolining and found that 10 minutes bouncing is a better cardiovascular workout than over 30 minutes of running. We know we’d rather spend 10 minutes on a trampoline than on a treadmill!
