The Hawk & Owl Centre within the gardens of Muncaster Castle is open daily mid-February to mid November and weekends mid-Nov to Dec 23rd inclusive, a memorable part of a great family day out in Cumbria.
It comprises the Centre itself and its bird collection, together with sensational bird of prey flying displays twice daily in the main season, once at weekends in low season, plus wild heron feed. These are all included in the price of your Gardens ticket; a great value day out with the kids

Afternoon Tea in the beautiful surroundings of Muncaster Castle’s Billiard Room. This elegant room with feature panelling and ornate plaster ceiling overlooks the Castle lawns. What a fabulous gift! or why not treat yourself?
Afternoon tea comprises a selection of sandwiches, homemade cakes and scones with jam & cream, plus choice of tea or coffee and is served in the Castle at 2.45pm. Optionally you can add a glass of Prosecco to your tea too.
