We have a riverside venue in on the beautiful River Tone inTaunton, as well as our seafront centre in Minehead, right on the edge of Exmoor National Park. As our roots are in Outdoor Education, all our activities are designed to put you and your experience first. Sounds like fun? It is!
Our Tree Climbing sessions run from our riverside centre in French Weir Park, Taunton.
Join us this Summer, where our instructors will have you up and climbing in no time. All equipment equipment is included, simply wear enclosed grippy shoes, trainers are perfect. All equipment is cleaned between uses.

Come and Kayak in Somerset! Kayaking is great fun for everyone and even if you’ve never done it before you can get out and enjoy being on the water. All the kayaks we use are sit on top kayaks. These have an open deck where the paddler sits. There is no closed cockpit, and the legs of the paddler are always exposed. These are not only more comfortable, they are perfect for new paddlers and super safe. Our kayaks suit a range of sizes as they have built in foot braces for different leg lengths.

Come and Stand Up Paddleboard in Somerset with us! Stand Up Paddleboarding, otherwise known as SUP, is the fastest growing water sport in the world and we love it! People of all ages, body type and skill can be up and riding in no time.

We offer Stand Up Paddleboarding from our riverside venue in Taunton centre. Whether you’re giving it a go for the first time or recently purchased one, we’ll get you up and on your feet in no time.
You can choose to hire a SUP and explore on your own or join one of our instructed sessions or lessons to learn the fundamentals and take part in a few games and challenges.

Inflatable Family Fun on the River!

Take to the water in our large Inflatable Raft for lots of splashing, fun and games! Perfect for any small or not so small water loving adventurers, there is a high probability that you will get wet!
This is a 45 minute session on the water with our experienced and qualified instructors. This session is full of fun, games and challenges and is open to anyone from ages 5+. The session will be adapted to the conditions on the day.

- Ages: Children 5+ must be accompanied by a paying adult. Adults are more than welcome to join, but please note, this session will be aimed at children, with learning through fun and games.

Come and canoe in Somerset! Canoeing is often described as one of the most accessible water sports in the UK. Even if you’ve never done it you can be gliding down the river on the lookout for wildlife in no time! Canoeing involves paddling a light, narrow boat with a single bladed paddle, canoes are perfect for exploring with the family.

We offer canoeing on the river from our Taunton centre, the perfect place to give it a go! You can choose to hire a canoe and head up the river and search for wildlife or head down the river towards the town centre and if you’re feeling adventurous even jump across onto the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal.
